Prior to many of our innovation projects, we conduct a workshop whose purpose is to develop hypotheses about new target audiences, new consumer needs and new opportunities for product development and marketing in the context of relevant socio-cultural trends.
During the subsequent sessions with consumers, we flesh out and validate ideas and, where appropriate, bring them to the next phase of development. Often this includes positioning new products, developing a language for communication (visual and text), positioning it within the competitive universe and/or determining optimal branding scenarios. Sometimes the ideas are tested quantitatively.
